I am trying to recover a backup and I get this error :
AMRECOVER Version 2.4.2p2. Contacting server on localhost ...
220 servjns AMANDA index server (2.4.2p2) ready.
500 Access not allowed: [access as amanda not allowed from
root@localhost <mailto:root@localhost>] amandahostsauth failed
my /root/.amandahosts is:
mymachine.mydomain.com.br root,amanda
"localhost root" is not in your .amandahosts files
(but it's a bad idea to use "localhost" in the long run!
use the FQDN is best.)
