Yes, you would want to do this in your disklist:

server.company.com //server/c$/stuff comp-user-tar

but in your /etc/amandapass, you'd still want the entry to be just for
//server/c$

Amanda takes everything afterwards ("stuff" in your case) and passes it
to smbclient's -D flag.
