As a future enhancement, you might consider tossing a cheap disk in
your server for holdingdisk.  Even with a single DLE, it is an
extremely valuable Amanda feature; you *always* get a backup, barring
two simultaneous failures, you get backups on holidays when no one is
there to change tapes, etc.

I know I'm treading into RTFM territory here, but...

if i establish a holding disk and a tape fails, i'll have to flush to the correct tape, and then insert the correct one after that, right? ie, tuesday fails and goes to disk, so on wednesday i put in the right tuesday tape, flush it, and insert the wednesday tape for the normal wednesday backup, right?
