Should be no problem.

Didn't know it was a problem back then.  Even if the file system
can't handle it, by setting the chunksize parameter in the holding
disk stanza, say to 1GB, amanda should use the holding disk.

Might your reserve parameter be set too high so that less than
2GB unreserved space is available?
