What does the local-nocomp-tar dumptype look like?  Also, look for the 
sendbackup*debug associated with /mnt/windows in /tmp/amanda.  Does this 
config pass amcheck?  What's in /tmp/amanda/selfcheck*debug when you run 
amcheck?
