O.K but how I avoid this message:

Maybe the option in node :  Keep Mount Point?:     TO YES   ( Now is NO)

It might seem pretty obvious but you need to set resourceutilization to 1 and 
not 3.
Also, the amount of mountpoints doesn't equal the amount of tapes a backup can 
use, it limits the amount of concurrent mountpoints a backup can use.
