Please clarify the following sentence in the IBM web site:  What's new for 
Version 8.1:

The following operating systems are no longer supported by the backup-archive 
client:

  *   Solaris SPARC operating systems. You can still use the IBM Spectrum 
Protect API on Solaris SPARC operating systems.
