Hi Steve,

As you surmised, the 2 GB limit is not entirely arbitrary. While I cannot
formally announce or commit to anything, upping the limit is currently on
the radar screen, but not in the near future. It is still "iffy" enough
that it could also fall off the radar screen, so take with a grain of
salt.
