sorry for the streak posting.
Aparently, I've answered my own question again for this one.

HSM 5.4 automatically recalls the file if you try to compress the
stubfile, and if you migrate a compressed file, it is decompressed first.

Docs should probably reflect this rather than warning about compressing
files.

Has anyone tried setting the FileAttributesFilter to 800, 4800, or 4806?

Will it omit if ANY bit is set, or only if ALL bits are set?
If ALL, then can you set multiple filter lines in registry?

The reason is that this filesystem may contain compressed or encrypted
files and I'd like those to not migrate since there are known issues.
