TSM Operational Reports Status Definitions

Can anyone explain to me what the differences in the following status
definitions are:
 
 
In Progress
Started
Restarted
 
 
I am using 5.3 TSM Operational Reports and sometimes see these status'
being reported under the Client Schedules.  Is there a redbook that
explains these, along with failed 12, failed 8, failed 4, etc.
