I have TSM5.3 on AIX and LTO3573 TS3100

My customer wants to duplicate backup-data.I don't have DISK Storage and only 1 
tape drive, so I can have only primary storage pool. 
Can I beackup data from one node to two different tapes
can I tell TSM to backup data on tape that I specified
