You are absolutely right .... But for further problem in the future I was
curious to know with a lot of files the best way to do it

Hi Robert,
the -filelist option requires a file list with fully-qualified file names.
Why not just do:
dsmc restore c:\index.html c:\temporary\ -subdir=yes
dsmc restore c:\default.html c:\temporary\ -subdir=yes
