I have no knowlegdge on Cisco Unity
Products, but i would be werry intrested in knowing more about your
setup, since I think i know a few tsm customers that are using Cisco. Culd
you tell me about the platform that cisco unit is running on.
I have supported a customer that is
using tsm to backup awaya, they use TSM to backup there informix database
that awaya runs on (sun solaris machine).

We're using the Veritas client, with it's "use TSM as a library"
featureset.
Seems to be adequate, modulo the fact that you can't tell, from TSM's
perspective, what is going on. Best you can do is find out when the
node last
connected and sent data.
