Windows XP restore error(s)

Server: AIX 5.2/TSM 5.1.10
Trying to restore a Windows XP directory, we are receiving several errors,
none of which, I have been able to find in READMEs or APAR lists..
At first we tried the restore with TSM client level 5.1.4, and I am wondering
if before the machine was rebuilt they were running a newer client level than
they reinstalled...

After an upgrade to TSM client 5.2.4, we are seeing this:

07/19/2005 12:47:27 ANS9999E ntrc.cpp(905): Received Win32 RC 1396 (0x00000574)
from fioGetAttrib():FindFirstFile. Error desription: Logon Failure: The target
account name is incorrect.

Has anyone seen these before?
