Hi all, I've installed one tsm desktop client on pc running 
ov/ windows xp professional.  When, I tried to archive files, 
this program shows this message: 

"ANS1376E unable to perform operations using point-at-time copy 
of the filesystem. The backup/archive operation will continue
without snapshot support".

I'm the owner on this computer and I have administrator rights
on it.  What could have happened?  Could you tell me the reason
of this code ans1376e?
