When posting such problems, you'll help us help you by providing details, such
as what kind of library, exactly how the tapes were physically added to it, and
the command string whose use resulted in the error messages.

If you look up the ANR1434W error message number on the IBM website, you'll find
an explanation of a circumstance which can cause it to appear.  Check that out
first.
