Where do you define and how can you identify the preschedulecmd or 
postschedulecmd for any specific schedule on client side?

You might also try dropping dsmc sched and letting dsmcad handle the 
scheduling.  That'll give you two advantages: (1) remove the operator 
intervention and (2) reduces memory consumption by the TSM client on your 
NetWare server.  Just add a line similar to:

MANAGEDSERVICES schedule webclient

to the DSM.OPT file.  Then, just load dsmcad (without loading dsmc sched).  If 
you receive public symbol errors when loading dsmcad, load netdb first then 
dsmcad.
