This looks like you are using an older level
of the TSM API to do the restore.
Check the API level on the system that you ran
the backup on and make sure the TSM API level
on the system you are running the restore on
is at least the same level or higher.
"TDPEXCC QUERY TSM" will show you the
TSM API level.
