can you run a manual incremental from the tsm client command line?
try it and see what error/s you get.
anr9999d is a generic error.
you should check that the hostname of the machine and the nodename entry in
the dsm.opt file match with each other and the server.
Also verify that the TSM client level is win2k compat.

Hi all,
 
I work with tsm for a few weeks and
 
i´ve a big problem with our  tsm.
 
we run tsm-server 4.1.2 on w2k as a service.
 
we can start the service but a few seconds later the service is stopped 
again.
