Include "D:\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\BACKUP\*.*" BACKUPSQL will backup
only the files with a period/dot in the name. Try a single asterisk:
Include "D:\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\BACKUP\*" BACKUPSQL
to include EVERYTHING.
