Thank you for the input, I took a quick look at the TSM 5.1 QuickStart Guide 
for AIX and here's the listed Req.  How long they support AIX 4.3.3 I guess is 
anyones Guess...

Before you install Tivoli Storage Manager, ensure the following:
You have an appropriately configured RISC System/6000® with at least 120MB
of free disk storage and 128MB of memory.
 You have AIX 4.3.3 or later.
 Your communication method is configured.
 You have a CD-ROM device available for installation.
