We were suffering this problem in 4.2.1.20.
Didn't bother upgrading to 4.2.1.32 - have gone straight to 5.1.0.1.
This definitely fixes that problem.
They claimed it was also fixed in 4.2.1.32 - so whether this is the same
problem - it certainly sounds like it.
