this configuration is new, is has never worked. it came in produtcion when TSM
Server 4.2.1 came out.
since this is the only level wich supports Qualstar TLS-8433
usually there is no problem writing to the drives. but when i start to read
from the tapes, for instance, restore or Space reclimation i can4t always read
the files on the tape. Strange enugh, i tested to restore my Exchange Server
and it faild due to a Read error on drive, then the next mourning i tryed it
again and then it worked. no error nothing. but i didn4t change anything.
the usual procedure is when i run Space Reclimation the process can takes about
70-85% of the tape to the writing tape and the rest cant be read, due to a read
errors.
I have tried to replace the SCSI Card and it had no effect.
