Were you able to see the hardware during the boot process?  Ensure that's
the case first.  Then you can check to see if tapes are visible from the
software.  Control Panel/Tapes is the place to look.  Once it finds tapes,
it will ask you if you want to load a driver.  DON'T!  ADSMSCSI is the
driver.  Make sure the ADSMSCSI driver is started.  Check the server
utilities screen to see if ADSMSCSI sees the correct devices.

Finally, if you changed anything, like adding another SCSI adapter to your
system, the device number of the library and drives may have changed.
Compare what you see in the ADSM Server Utilities Device Configuration
screen with a q libr and q drive.
