        You need to set reclaim percentage to 100 to stop the reclamation
process.   By setting to zero, you are asking for reclamation to process any
volume(s) with reclaimable space greater than zero.  A volume can never
exceed 100 percent reclaimable.

        Reclamation is an internal process that triggers hourly and the only
way you can stop it is by setting every storage pool (tape in particular) to
100.
