The reclamation will not stop simply by resetting the reclamation threshold.
The process will complete the tape it is currently reclaiming, check the
reclamation threshold and then either do another tape or stop.  You must
manually run down the processes.  You can write a script that will detect if
a reclamation process is running.  Then you can determine the process number
and issue a cancel process command.  Tricky, but doable.  There are sample
scripts included.  Check the docs to figure out if there is one that will do
this for you.  I know there is something similar in the samples.
