Adding to Rich's input: how about an archive by date range? That way no
extra coding necessary, thank you very much. That's probably even easier to
implement.
The solution is as Gary suggests: use your scripting to scoop them up to a
different directory, archive then delete them. When you write that, how's
about posting it? How about writing it for NT too while you're at it!
