Ah yes, DRM leaving tapes in the vault.  If you look closely, they will be your
Database Backup tapes.

The fix is to lower the DB Backup Series Expiration Days parameter (checked by
running "q drmstat", changed by running "set drmdbbackupexpirationdays X") to a
lower value than how many days you are keeping Database backups (the schedule
that runs "DEL VOLHIST TYPE=DBB TODATE=-x" where x is the number of days you
keep the database backup tapes).

I keep 7 days of database backups, and my DB Backup Series Expiration Days is
set to 6.  The 6th day after the DB Backup tape is sent to the vault, it is
called back.  The next day (when it returns to the site) the references are
deleted from the VolHist, and it can be reused.
