ADSM and BRMS can share the same library. However, if BRMS is using the
library when ADSM is using it, ADSM gives up after the mount wait parameter
has been exceeded. Also, if BRMS wants to use the library when ADSM is
using it, BRMS will give up.

The answer is to ensure that BRMS and ADSM tape operations dont occur at
the same time! This could be achieved by having a primary storage pool on
disk that is big enough to contain all of one days backups. This data is
then migrated to tape during the day. You would also have to ensure that
tape reclamation was disabled during the BRMS backup window.
