The only options you need in this file are (assuming TCP/IP):

commethod tcpip
tcpport 1500
tcpserveraddress address

It turns out you can have any valid backup/archive client option in this
file as well, but none of them are read. But if there is an invalid option
in there, you get the error.  Some folks, and in the case of most UNIX
platforms, the same option file is used for both the admin and ba client.
Try firing the ba client.  Perhaps you will get more information about the
offending option, maybe a line number.
