dsmadmc: invalid option error.

I am using ADSM 3.1.2.1 on AIX. Does anyone know what could be wrong with
this `dsmadmc` command. I am running this on the ADSM server system as
root user.

ANS1038S Invalid option specified
ANS8009E Exiting due to command or option errors.

ANS8002I Highest return code was 400.
