I had some huge problems with something like this, but believe the blame to
fall on SQL SP5 and not the Connect Agents.  I have pretty much proven this.
I would recommend staying away from SP5; we are.  Our philosophy has become
that if we need more than SQL65 SP4, we goto SQL 7.0, which we are also
running with the Connect Agent, without problem.
