I have a question :

Is there any mechanism to allow the deletion of a particular version of a
backup from within a multitude of backup versions?.

I know there is a similar option with DFHSM for MVS (the mainframe
equivalent of ADSM).

I ask this because one of our users backed up a file during their Y2K
testing with a future date on a present date server!.
The user realised this and had to delete their complete filespace incase
there was an adverse affect on the server. (thankfully the client was a test
box).
