Please increase your commtimeout value on the adsmserver to a high value
like 1000.  The reason it happens is that a backup session started and a
connection was established with the ADSM server;  then there was no
activity going on with that session for a period of time which was longer
than the commtimeout value set on the server;  so the server cancelled the
session but the EBU was not aware of it;  when EBU tried to send some data
through that established session, -50 errors occurred.
