We have used both HP-UX and AIX servers...
clients are mostly HP, Sun, and AIX...
The AIX platform is by far the BETTER of the two and like someone else
has already said, it gets the most development work. I can elaborate on
the issues we've seen if you're curious, but we've been extremely happy
with the AIX version. (Even the OS/system hardware seems to behave
better.)
