Dr Watson Errors

We have 12 ADSM Servers (V3) running on NT 4.0 SP3.
Occasionally, the ADSM Server service seems to crash which generates a
Dr. Watson error.
We are using Tivoli to monitor the ADSM Server services which restarts
them when appropriate.
However, it transpires that when a Dr. Watson error has been generated,
someone needs to manually click "OK" to this error on the remote NT
server before the ADSM Server service can be restarted.
Has anybody else come across this or know of a way of getting around
this as this causing us serious grief.
