Whose TCP/IP is your customer using? The ADSM client for DOS supports only
IBM's TCP/IP Version 2.0 or 2.1 for DOS and FTP Software's FTP/TCP Version 3.0
for DOS. I am not aware of any other TCP/IP stacks that work with the DOS
client.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I hope your customer is using
the LBNBCK.EXE utility (from the Windows 95 CD) before making the backup. He
or she will loose all long filenames otherwise.
