We are currently running ADSM for MVS Server Version 2, Release 1, Level 0.10
with OS/2 Clients and are intermittatnly getting the following errors at the
client:

CpicOpen: Error unable to allocate conversation, rc: CM_ALLOCATE_FAILURE_RETRY
(2) from CPIC call cmallc.
sessOpen: Failure in communications open call. rc: -201
ANS4942S Session rejected: SNALU6.2 connection failure. CPIC unable to allocate
conversation

and

CpicFlush: Unable to send on conversation î, rc: CM_RESOURCE_FAILURE_NO_RETRY
(26) from CPIC call cmsend.
sessRecvVerb: Error -211 from call to 'readRtn'.
ANS4952S Session rejected: SNALU6.2 connection failure. CPIC resource error

Does anyone know what these are caused by?
