How would you moth-ball your ADSM server (and its data)?

We are migrating to OmniBack (value-discussion aside).  What should I do
to moth-ball the ADSM server, its database, and the tapes associated
with it?  The server system will be around, but the library and drives
will be sold shortly thereafter.

ADSM 2.1.0.13
3494 w/two 3590s
AIX 4.1.5 (on a 7013 model 560)

Sorry for the open-ended question, but I don't want to limit your
replies by stating my current plans.
