You cannot "migrate" files into a copy storage pool.  The only way to get
files
into a copy pool is by storage pool backup.

Perhaps you meant to ask if you could back up from the disk pool to the
copy
pool while a migration is moving files from the disk pool to the primary
tape
pool.  You could do this, but I wouldn't recommend it.  The two processes
would
be competing for access to the same files.  More importantly, if files were
migrated before they could be backed up to the copy pool, you would then
need
to mount tapes in the primary tape pool to back up these files to the copy
pool.  In most cases, a better approach would be to back up the disk pool
before migrating to the primary tape pool.
