dsmutil does the job, not very pretty, even for a line command utility but
the service is in there now. Gonna be fun having to do that for the other
nodes around here if/when we go v3 all over.

Hi Shaun,

I have had a quick play with this today.

You are right, the dsmcsvci utility does not exist anymore (it is
documented in the readme files). There is a new utility call dsmutil (I
think) that does everything that the dsmcsvci, showpw and updatepw
utilities used to do (the last 2 utilities are related to the webshell).

Just run the utility and it will give you some rudimentary help.
