Anyone experiencing (to an unusual degree)

     ANR9736E An I/O error occurred while accessing library device
     '/dev/lmcp1'.

     and yes, the doors are closed, the thing is powered up, other systems
     are using it... the "mtlib" command shows all is normal... no drives
     are shared between systems, etc...

     Just been having some wierd stuff going on lately and this just adds
     to the list.
