Q:How do you set up a schedule to run Incremental by Date during
  the week and a full Incremental on the weekend.

A:Define two schedules.  The weekday schedule needs the
  -incrbydate option specified in the schedule options field.
  Define a second schedule without the -incrbydate options for
  the weekend.

BTW any options that can be placed on the dsmc command line
can be placed in the options field of the schedule.  It will
override what is defined in the client's options file.
