I believe that the pc and aix bookmgr readers only output line printer output.
The vm and mvs bookmgr readers can output files for use with dcf, but I
can not remember if they will generate a good image or not.

IBM does have a product on public demo that can read the books and output
html on the fly. It is an os/2 www server that uses Bookmgr books for input.
