windows server 2008 R2 Issues

hello

when i try to take the backup of system state of my windows server 2008 R2 using BA client 5.5 it gives me the belwo error

ANS5280E Object enumeration from a file set or file list failed... (This error appears on the BA client when i start backup of system state)


this error appears on actlog
ANR2579E Schedule ADSCHED in domain standard for node AD failed
(return code 10)

You need 5.5.2.12 or later version of BA client to backup Windows 2008 R2 Systemstate

I have BA client Version 6.2.1 and my TSM server is 5.5.4

does it compatiable ?

i had similar problem. in my case it was a watchguard application on the server that had a wrong path in the registry. i solved it by reinstalling the watchguard application.
