Windows Journal database errno = 13 permission denied

We are running the backup archive client in a windows 2003 cluster using the journal database. When the schedule runs or I run the job in the foreground through the backup archive client I get the following error message returned in the journal error log



dbgetlist(): walktree(): errno = 13, "Permission denied"

processjournalquery(): dbgetlist: rc=0



Has anybody seen this before or point me in the right direction to resolve this?

being looked at by TSM client deveopment.
