wierd interactive mode behaviour w/ Linux (gnome-terminal)

Hello,



I'm using the 5.3.2 ba and admin client within a gnome-terminal.

When quering help about a function, the interactive mode has a wierd behaviour as if it doesn't recognize the input character encoding.



I've tried setting LANG, LANGUAGE and LC_ALL to C but it changed nothing. I changed also the terminal encoding to iso-8859-1 instead of utf-8 as recommended in the README



I've tried to set EDITOR no in the dsm.opt but it changed nothing.



Has someone a solution for this problem ?
