Web client on HPUX 11.11

I have a new HPUX client on which I had successfully installed a TSM client. I have performed command line and scheduled backups. I can not navigate from my PC via a browser to the clients web back up client. I type in http://omhppp:1581/baclient and press Enter but instead of the web client it returns "The page cannot be displayed".

Any ideas as to whether the webclient can be stopped and restarted and what it's executible is.

You must start the Client Acceptor Daemon (dsmcad) It should be in the same location as the dsmc and dsmadmc files.

I knew dsmcad had to be running for the schedule to run but since this client is backed up from an internal command for dsmc I didn't have dsmcad running. It is now.
