Web admin command line not working after 5.3.4.2 update

I upgraded TSM server 5.3.4.1 to 5.3.4.2. After the update the 5.2 Web admin is not working correctly.

When I open the command line java applet the input field remains grey. Brower status bar shows "load: class CommandLine not found".

I repeated the ISL installations steps - but it didn't help.

Any ideas?
