Volume mounted in a DR environment but still not able to restore the TDP Exchange client

I have AIX 5.2 running TSM 5.2.1 with Atape 9.6.0.



After restoring the database with a single LTO tape drive (IBM 3580 L11). TSM request to mount the OFFSITE volume and after I insert the volume I get the following error message:
